Ready for open play?
Organizers
- Choose Start free, sign in with ChatGPT and name your club. Each account can own one club.
- Choose one to four courts in Session settings. Tap the pencil beside a court to rename it.
- Check players in with a club level and play preference. Import CSV rosters with headers
name, level, preference, mixedConsent. Duplicate names need an initial. - Review the next teams, start a match, then choose Team 1 wins or Team 2 wins. The match finishes immediately and players return to the queue or their requested rest. Use Undo to correct a selection.
- Share the Player QR link. Enable check-in requests in settings if you want players to request a place; approve each request yourself.
Players
Open your organizer’s QR link to see courts and the waiting queue. Names, club levels, status and shared current results are visible to anyone with that link. When requests are enabled, submit your name and wait for organizer approval.
Signal dropped?
Prepare the organizer device online and wait for Offline ready. Keep that session URL open. Changes stay on this device and retry after reconnection. Player queues cannot update while your organizer is offline. Sign-in and requests need internet. After seven days without verification, connect online again.
Backups and history
Download a dated JSON backup before updates and restores. It includes the current session and archives; CSV is a results export, not a full backup. Restoring replaces the current session and archived list. It does not recreate club ownership or organizer permissions. Only restore into the intended club.
Working together
A club owner can authorize another organizer’s ChatGPT email in settings. Use one active organizer device at a time. If another device saved first, download your pending backup and reload the shared session before continuing.
