Is Pickle Puff really free?
Yes. All features in this manager are free. Your court or club may charge its own fees.
Do players need an account?
No. Players open the shared QR link to view the current session. Organizers sign in with ChatGPT to create and manage their own club.
How does fair rotation work?
Matching prioritizes eligible players with fewer assigned games, accounting for arrivals and breaks, then considers waiting time. Levels and preferences can change who plays next; queue positions are not a guaranteed assignment.
Can we keep playing without internet?
Open the session online on your organizer device and wait for Offline ready. Changes stay local until reconnection; player views cannot update offline. Sign-in and check-in requests require internet. Offline verification expires after seven days.
Can different organizers have separate clubs?
Yes. Each organizer can create a separate club queue. Owners can authorize helpers for their club. Use one active organizer device at a time to avoid save conflicts.
Are results and history saved?
Organizer sessions save online. Completed sessions remain in history; JSON backups include the current session and archives. Download dated backups regularly. Restoring replaces those records rather than merging them.
