Your session data

Pickle Puff stores club sessions online and keeps a local recovery copy on the organizer device. The practice demo stays on your device.

Organizer sign-in

ChatGPT provides organizer sign-in. The app uses the site-specific account identifier and account email to establish club ownership and helper permissions. Pickle Puff does not ask for or store your ChatGPT password.

Shared player links

Anyone with a player link can see that club’s current player names, club levels, queue and court assignments. Current results are shared when enabled. Archived sessions and organizer emails are restricted to authorized organizers. A player link is not a password; share it with your intended group.

Check-in requests

When enabled, requests store a player’s name, club level, play preference, mixed-skill consent and request time for organizer review. They do not check a player in automatically. Closing requests invalidates the request token.

Device copies and exports

Backups can contain names and results. Keep exports private and use a trusted device. Logging out clears this app’s current local session copy. Downloaded files remain on your device until you remove them.

Before using real player data

Tell players what appears in the shared queue. Use only the name or nickname needed to distinguish them. Do not enter passwords, payment details, medical information or other sensitive records into session fields.
