Open the app online once and wait for Offline ready so its files are available for an offline reload. The master device keeps managing courts without an access-expiry limit. Live QR updates, helper edits and check-in requests need a connection. Online helpers can keep managing the shared room while this device is offline. Their changes sync back automatically when it reconnects. Keep one master tab active and export a private session backup regularly.
